Shipping service is handled by either The Courier Guy (Gauteng Region and Major Metros) or our in-house delivery service (Pretoria Region) 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Delivery Time

  • Handling Time – Please allow 1 business day for handling.
  • Transit Time – Please allow 1-2 business days for transit time for courier company to delivery your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Destinations

FocusPet.co.za ships to physical addresses within South Africa to the following provinces only:

  • Gauteng
  • North West
  • Free State
  • Limpopo
  • Mpumalanga
  • Kwazulu-Natal
  • Eastern Cape
  • Western Cape
  • Northern Cape

**Some outlying areas are only serviced on certain business days of the week.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rate:

  • Pretoria Region: R40
  • Gauteng Region (excluding Pretoria): R90
  • Major Metros (North West, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Kwazulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Northern Cape): R140

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rate Currency:

Shipping is charged in South African Rand ZAR

Shipment to P.O. boxes

FocusPet.co.za ships to physical addresses within South Africa only.

No order can be shipped to P.O Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via the email you indicated on the order.

Missing Items upon receipt of order

Should a product be missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by contacting us via contact details stipulated on the Website.
